Frequently asked

Which banks are supported?

Most major US, UK, EU, and global banks. The extraction is layout-agnostic, so regional and credit union statements work too.

What columns are in the CSV?

Date (YYYY-MM-DD), Description, Amount (signed: negative for debits, positive for credits), Balance (when present), and Category.

Is my financial data private?

Statements are encrypted in transit, processed on our servers, and auto-deleted within 1 hour. We never train AI on your documents.

What about scanned statements?

Best results come from digital PDF statements. Scanned statements may extract poorly — run the OCR tool first when it ships.

Can I batch multiple statements?

Single-file in the free tier. Batch processing of full-year statement folders is coming in Pro.
