Frequently asked
What PDF forms does it work on?
Any PDF that has digital form fields (AcroForm). Most government, HR, and legal forms qualify. Purely scanned forms (no embedded fields) aren't supported yet — we'll surface a clear message if your PDF falls in that bucket.
What about scanned paper forms?
Scanned-form support is coming. For now, if your PDF was scanned, the tool will tell you and offer to email you when scanned support lands.
Will the output be editable?
By default the filled PDF is flattened — fields become permanent and no longer editable. This is what most recipients want.
Is my data private?
The PDF is encrypted in transit, processed on our servers, and auto-deleted within 1 hour. Field values are only used to fill the document and are never stored.
What field types are supported?
Text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, and listboxes. Signature fields show a note since they require a real signature.
